Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)

This stream is about, where skilled worker Manitoba takes only immigrants who are trained workers who have the required skills and nominates them for PR. This Stream Gives Two Ways:

Manitoba Work Experience Pathway

1. This is for those who have studied in Manitoba) For Temporary Foreign workers and for international students who have done their studies in Manitoba their occupation should be in demand and should have worked for at least 6 months in Manitoba the field of study does not have to be the same for occupation.
2. This is for those who have studied outside Manitoba) For students who have studied outside the province but their occupation should be in demand with at least 12 months of experience(worked). The field of study does not have to be the same for occupation
3. This is for work but occupation not on demand) For workers whose work is not in demand but who have worked for at least 12 months with LMIA work permit or supported.
4. This is for occupation not in demand but for a one who has studied in Manitoba) For ones who have studied in Manitoba where their occupation is not in demand but who have worked for at least 12 months in Manitoba.

Requirements/ Eligibility:

To apply in this stream, one must be residing or working in Manitoba while processing. Should have a full time job or job offer which should actually meet the wage standards for Manitoba.

• The working state should be stable for a PR or Canadian Citizens.
• Language test actually depends on the NOC whereas for Regulated occupation its 7,Compulsory Traders its 6,For NOC 0, A, B its 5,And for semi-skilled occupations its 4 which is NOC C and D.
• Should show the purpose and capability to have a PR in Manitoba.

Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway:

This is for ones from other places who have a job offer from Manitoba employers.

Requirements/ Eligibility :

1. One should have at least 2 years of experience which is relevant to their recruited occupation from the past 5 year.
2. Should have a full time job or job offer which should actually meet the wage standards for Manitoba.
3. The employer has to have a registered business which has been working for 3 years for an immediate process on the application.
4. The working state should be stable for a PR or Canadian Citizens.Should show the purpose and capability to have a PR in Manitoba.
5. Language test actually depends on the NOC whereas for Regulated occupation its 7,Compulsory Traders its 6,For NOC 0, A, B its 5And for semi-skilled occupations its 4 which is NOC C and D.
6. Should have a post-secondary education and a training which should be related to the recruitment.
7. If it is a license required, the job must apply to the regulatory body and should meet the qualifications and should have taken up an exam.For Noc C and D post- secondary is not required only training which is related to the recruitment is needed.
8. An age limit from 21 to 45.Employers must meet their eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria :

Skilled Worker Overseas:

It is for International skilled workers who meet the skills and training for which their occupation should be in demand. Importance is also given for primary and secondary(spouse) with close family connections.This Stream Gives Two PathWays:

Manitoba Express Entry Pathway:

In this stream the client has to meet the skills, training, and should have experience in which their occupation should be in demand with family members who’s staying in Manitoba.

Requirements/ Eligibility:

• Should provide a valid ID and code for seeking a job for Express Entry Profile.
• Should have at least 6 months of work experience in which the job should be in demand.
• Language test which depends on the NOC where for NOC 0 or A its score 7 or 6 for NOC B.
• Should have completed a post secondary which is to Canadian standards.If it is a license required, the job must apply to the regulatory body and should meet the qualifications and should have taken up an exam.
• Should be economy stable to have a PR in Manitoba.
• Should have a close friend or relative’s support who has been living in Manitoba for at least one year.
• Should have an ITA from MPNP,Human Capital Pathway

Requirements/ Eligibility:

There is an employment experience which is said to be obtained for Express entry and the job must be a full time one.The work experience must be in demand.

• Language test actually depends on the NOC whereas for.Regulated occupation its Compulsory Traders its 6
• For NOC 0, A, B its 5.Should have completed a post secondary which is to Canadian standards.If it is a license required, the job must apply to the regulatory body and should meet the qualifications and should have taken up an exam.
• Should be economy stable to have a PR in Manitoba.
• Should have a close friend or relative’s support who has been living in Manitoba for at least one year (or)Must have a post secondary education in Manitoba within 5 years from the time applying (or)

Have an ITA from the MPNP, if one’s spouse, common law partner who has a Bachelor’s degree and a CLB of 5 will gain points

Eligibility Criteria :

This is for one’s who want to start up a farm in rural Manitoba. Who has been issued a temporary work permit as of time will be nominated after a meeting with BPA.

Requirements/ Eligibility

• Should have 3 yrs of farm ownership and also experience in operations with verified documents.
• For the language test the farm investor has to be recognized in either two official languages, English or French.

Should establish at least an amount of 300,000 in farming business in rural Manitoba. A farm business plan is needed as a part of the application.
