Skilled Worker In Manitoba:

This stream is about, where skilled worker Manitoba takes only immigrates who are trained workers who has the required skills and nominates them for PR. :

Manitoba Work Experience Pathway

  1. This is for who have studied in Manitoba) For Temporary Foreign workers and for international students who have done their studies in Manitoba their occupation should be in demand and should have worked for at least 6 months in Manitoba the field of study does not have to be the same for occupation.
  2. This is for who have studied outside Manitoba) For students who have studied outside the province but their occupation should be in demand with at least 12 months of experience(worked). The field of study does not have to be the same for occupation.
  3. This is for work but occupation not on demand) For workers whose work is not in demand but who have worked for at least 12 months with LMIA work permit or supported.
  4. This is for occupation not in demand but for a one who has studied in Manitoba) For ones who have studied in Manitoba where their occupation is not in demand but who have worked for at least 12 months in Manitoba.

Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway:

This is for ones from other places who have a job offer from Manitoba employers.

Requirements/ Eligibility :

  1. One should have at least 2 years of experience in which is relevant to there recruited occupation from past 5 year.
  2. Should have a full time job or job offer which should actually meet the wage standards for Manitoba.
  3. The employer has to have a registered business which is being working for 3 years for an immediately process on the application.
  4. The working state should be stable for a PR or Canadian Citizens.
  5. Should show the purpose and capability to have a PR in Manitoba.
  6. Language test actually depends on the NOC whereas for

    2. Compulsory Traders its 6
    3. For NOC 0, A, B its 5
    4. And for semi-skilled occupations its 4 which is NOC C and D

Student Entrepreneur

This is for International students from Manitoba who wants to start a business in Manitoba.

Requirements/ Eligibility :

  1. A plan for business is needed to apply to MPNP.
  2. Should run the business as a senior manager on a daily basis from Manitoba for at least 6 months to nominate on a valid temporary work permit with the requirements of Business Performance Agreement (BPA).
  3. Language test CLB should be 7.
  4. Should have done a full-time post-secondary program in Manitoba that it is for at least 2 yrs.
  5. An age limit of 21 to 35.
  6. Should have a valid open work permit or post graduation work permit while applying.
  7. Must show the need to continue to be in Manitoba.
  8. Finally, once the application is approved, an agreement is signed as Business Performance Agreement which is issued by MPNP which is a letter of support for applying work permit.
Business Investor

This Stream is for International business investors and entrepreneurs who have been issued with a temporary work permit and must also have the ability to start or purchase a business in Manitoba within 2 yrs of arrival. a previous requirement for $100,000 should be deposited with the Manitoba government.

This Stream Gives Two PathWays:

Entrepreneur Pathway:This is for ones who want to open up a business in Manitoba who are been issued a temporary work permit in the beginning should have a meeting with Business Performance Agreement who are nominated for PR. Priority is given to the ones who are starting businesses outside Winnipeg.

Requirements/ Eligibility:

  • Should have a full time work experience of 3 years in the last 5 years and should business owner or working in a senior.
  • Language test were CLB 5.
  • Must have at least a Canadian high school certificate.
  • Should make an investment of 250,000Dol for business if the business is inside Manitoba. An investment of 150,000Dol if the business is outside Manitoba.
  • And investment of 150,000Dol if the business outside is outside Manitoba.
  • A plan for business is needed to apply to MPNP.
  • Business Investment must be made in an eligible business which is defined by the MPNP.
  • Should provide a job to Canadian Citizen or PR.
  • Points will be added if the spouse has a Language test on score 5 or higher.
  • One or one’s spouse or common-law partner have a close relative who is currently residing in Manitoba for more than a year.
  • The child who’s been enrolled in Manitoba Educational and is pursuing an academic as a full time.
  • One or one’s spouse has finished a program of full time for at least a year post-secondary institution in Manitoba.
  • Finally, once the application is approved, an agreement is signed as Business Performance Agreement which is issued by MPNP which is a letter of support for applying work permit.
