The client acknowledges that the government, not GreenTree Immigration, has the sole discretion to grant a visa or status and the time required for processing this application.

If you don't receive an ITA within a year, you have the following options:

Resubmit the application in the pool in accordance with the terms and conditions that would be in effect at the time, as well as the terms outlined in our service agreement.

Choose any other process for which you qualify; 50% of the total will be allocated toward processing for the other country, and you will be responsible for any additional costs as specified in the package.

Note: The company has set the service cost based on the work, effort, and process involved in making the application. Refund requests are applicable and considered only when service costs are paid in full. Applicants cannot submit a request if a processing fee balance is due.

If they declare that they have no intention of residing in Canada and/or Australia.

Withdrawal from this contract for any reason, including personal or non confessional reasons.

If there is a change in plans, like moving to a different country or switching to a different service provider.

Medical Inadmissibility

Withdrawing from this contract due to personal and medical reasons.

If the immigration officer was not convinced during the interview.

The individual neglected to provide the current address for communication.

If a negative Education Credential assessment (ECA), by Government designated organizations and a negative Skill assessment outcome by the designated Assessing authority is given.

The application is not processed if changes in family composition are not provided before or during the process.

False declarations, false documentation, misrepresentations, or failure to provide adequate documentation.

The application does not meet the Counsel's requirements for IELTS or French testing scores.

Violating or addressing GreenTree on social media with negative terms, as well as reviewing it on any social platform.

If he/she declares that he/she doesn’t have sufficient proof of funds to support his/her family.
