The skilled Work regional (provisional) visa (Sub class 491), Sub class 491 is a provisional visa for workers whose intent is to live and work in regional Australia for skilled migrants which allows to stay in Australia for 5 Years and apply for permanent residence after 3 years span from your visa grant letter, then applicant can live in any part of Australia with the PR status. To apply for this visa, applicants should have a nomination from regional Australia that provides 15 additional points to qualify under Sub class 491.
