In the span of November, 2 PNP draws were released by the IRCC. All the 2 IRCC draws held in November 2021 were program-specific for PNP nominees.
#209 draw, November 10th, 2021
Canada invited 685 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on November 10th.
Invited candidates had previously received nominations under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), which amounts to an automatic 600 points added to their base Express Entry score. Candidates needed a score of at least 775 points in order to be invited.

Canada invited 613 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence on November 24th
Candidates needed a score of at least 737 points in order to be invited.
